Homemade Peanut Clusters

December 22, 2017
Good Morning Friends, just a quick little pop in to your homes to wish you a very Merry Christmas and share a positively wonderful, easy recipe for Homemade Peanut Clusters. This is another one of those no fail recipes that I just love to share with you!

Finding yourself short on time and need a quick hostess gift, a present for a neighbor or just to share with family and friends this recipe is for you!

My Instagram friend Elf Mom kindly shared this crockpot candy recipe with me and now I am passing it on to you! Yay!

Peanut Clusters

The ingredients are all found in the baking section of your grocery and the prep time is minimal. So grab your large crockpot and let's get to business making candy!

CROCKPOT CANDY

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 16 ounce jar salted peanuts
  • 1 16 ounce jar unsalted peanuts
  • 1 12 ounce bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 12 ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 12 ounce bags peanut butter chips
  • 2 lbs almond bark ( I used chocolate flavored)

DIRECTIONS

Pour everything into a LARGE crockpot in the order listed. (Break up the almond bark and just lay it on the top)

Turn crockpot on low for 1 hour.

Open crockpot and stir.

Replace lid and heat on low 30 minutes to 1 hour and stir again.

Dip into small cupcake papers or just put spoonful's on wax paper.

Just make sure all of the ingredients are melted, but do not go past the all melted stage or chocolate will seize up.
