Hand Lettering Or Vinyl Adhesive Stickers
If you are gifted with a steady hand and the skill of hand lettering please go ahead and do this without any other supplies than a sharpie! My daughter did. I would not have the skill set to do this. Seems I have not advanced past third grade in drawing or lettering! So investing in Vinyl Adhesive Stickers is a great choice and a must for me.
Writing Out What You Are Thankful For |
Write What You Are Thankful For
Dedicate one of the Kraft paper DIY Table Runners for guests to write out what they are thankful for. I just love this friend activity!
The hostess starts this activity by writing her Thanksgiving affirmations on the Kraft Paper before guests arrive, once guests arrive they too can write notes on what they are Thankful for.

Proud Chef and host provides Turkey for Friendsgiving Potluck Menu |
Friendsgiving Food Ideas
A Friendsgiving menu follows very few rules if any. So if you decide to stay traditional and cook a Turkey and stuffing that is wonderful. But should you choose to serve lasagna or appetizers that is awesome too!
One of the nicest things about a Friendsgiving besides the camaraderie is how low-pressure it is.
No worries about family travel plans, organizing the kitchen or cooking all day.
To help out with the celebration I have put together six favorite Friendsgiving Potluck Ideas.

Friendsgiving 2021! |
What a fun and creative Freindsgiving table. Your daughter has wonderful ideas. I've always liked the black Sharpies, and that's a nice way to write Thanksgiving messages on the table using bold black font. It's what I use when I wrap my presents for Christmas every year, putting a big black letter under the present so they will know whose present it is. The holiday cookies in saran wrap look so Yummy. And I'm starting to like pecan pie as much as pumpkin pie these days. And there's nothing like the sweet potatoes covered in marshmallows. What a sweet picture of all the friends at the end of the post.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you, dear Jemma. May you have a pleasant day.

What a fun Friendsgiving. My daughter hosted a friendsgiving with 38 people and I thought Oh My but she pulled it off and it was fabulous. Everyone brought something and we had some really wonderful dishes to pass. Have a wonderful rest of the weekend. xoxo Kris
ReplyDeleteJEMMA! Good morning beloved one! I am just now receiving your blog post in my email on Sunday! I trust that your Thanksgiving and Friendship gathering went well! I love that idea of the runner where people can write what they are thankful for. Our celebration was quiet with only two more couples sharing the table and we too participated in wonderful expressions of thanksgiving. Word games followed by much laughter and a feeling of joy. Bless you my dear friend as you continue to share your gifts with us!
ReplyDeleteCute ideas! Looks so fun!
