Thank you Jemma, for inviting me to share a post on your lovely blog. I love spending time as much as I can outdoors. One of my favorite things to do and I need to do it more often, is having breakfast outside on my patio. As a blogger my days can be pretty hectic, trying to meet deadlines and taking care of my family. So taking 15 to 20 minutes to myself to have a quiet breakfast starts my day off in a positive way.

...so I thought I would share a healthy recipe and my little patio space where I love having breakfast when I can.

RECIPE

blueberries
low-fat plain greek yogurt
granola

...to make your own home-made blueberry granola parfait.

  1. Spoon 1/3 cup of yogurt in the bottom of a wine glass, (that's what I use) add 1 tablespoon blueberry and 1 tablespoon granola. Repeat the layer and eat right away or chill in fridge until ready to eat
  2. For a touch of sweetness drizzle a little honey over the yogurt or have it plain and let blueberries naturally sweeten it.
Enjoy!

  5. GOod morning Jemma!

There is nothing more enjoyable than nature. Even in the winter, there is so much to glean from, but the spring and summer surprises are of a special sort. Fresh fruits as such give way to so many enjoyable recipes!

A great environment to share such pleasures; I need to visit her now! Hugs to you!

  6. What lovely surroundings there at her home. Love that pink rose tea cup. This is a pretty setting to have a cup of tea and listen to nature calling. The parfaits looks scrumptious as well. So many creative ladies in blog land.

    Have a splendid day, Jemma.
