quite often. I would like to share with you this little recipe. I
have changed it a bit-it is now a vegetarian recipe with the
capability of being modified to your liking by adding turkey,
chicken, beef or venison. Just replace the black beans with
your choice of meat.

into casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on
high for 6 minutes. Leave peppers covered in microwave
until you are ready to fill them.
